FOOD AND WINE TOUR
There are numerous places where you can stop and eat while enjoying the gastronomic specialties of our territory and drink wine of superior quality.
We propose a one-day itinerary to discover the excellence of our area, trying to give you some tips without having to point you claim the best the area offers.
DISCOVERING BALSAMIC VINEGAR
It starts in the morning from our B & B Casa Sassolo 1713, after a tasty breakfast, you reach SPILAMBERTO, just 20 km.
Here you can visit the Balsamic Vinegar Museum, Via F.Roncati 28, where you can see a wonderful movie in all languages on the wine into vinegar,
then we suggest you go to the Acetaia Angelo Via Modenese 2609 Spilamberto, for tasting and purchase of various types of this magnificent product.
THE PARMESAN REGGIANO
From Spilamberto, after 15 kilometers, you can reach FORMIGINE here and visit the Dairy MOSCATTINI, Via Viazza di Sopra 48 +39 059 553638 where it produces the famous cheese PARMESAN REGGIANO.
You will see the techniques of production and purchase products of various ages.
FROM FOOD TO ENGINES
We abandon a moment the food with a visit to nearby MARANELLO and just to visit the famous FERRARI MUSEUM, Via A.D.Ferrari 23 where you will see the legendary cars that made the history of the most famous brand in the world.
Here in Maranello you can go to lunch

MEDIEVAL
Left Maranello After refreshments, you should visit CASTELVETRO, with its picturesque square and its charming village and from there move to VIGNOLA for the view to the fortress and the Barozzi Palace with its famous spiral staircase.
