Earth Market in Bologna of Novale

The Earth Market is a farmer’s market created according to the guidelines of the Slow Food philosophy. Collectively managed markets are meeting places where local producers present quality products directly to consumers at fair prices, with the guarantee of environmentally sustainable production methods. They also preserve the food culture of local communities and contribute to the preservation of biodiversity. You can take part in this event on June 4, 2023.

Buskers Park: Street art at the Margherita Gardens

Back for the second year the exhibition of street art at the Giardini Margherita, curated by Garden Bo and Le Serre, with Leonardo Cristiani as artistic director. The Giardini Margherita will be the stage of an original exhibition with some of the best street artists of the Italian scene. Every Sunday in June in the spaces of Garden Bo and Le Serre dei Giardini you can attend circus performances for all ages.

Time of cherries in Vignola

From 2 June to 4 June Vignola celebrates, as every year, the “ciliegia moretta”, the fruit that made the town of Vignola famous all over the world and that, together with other local varieties, received in 2012 the European IGP certification. The ruby red color of cherry is the fil rouge that combines the activities proposed each year. The protagonists are the local farmers ready to tell about ancient traditions through exhibitions, DOP products and tastings. Among the many initiatives: shows, gatherings and artistic and cultural events.

The most iconic works by Warhol, Haring and Basquiat on display in Bologna

An exclusive exhibition for the first time in Italy from 7 June to 11 June that presents the most iconic works of three artists who have made the history of art, Warhol, Haring and Basquiat. The exhibition, held at Palazzo Belloni, follows the creative thread that prevailed in New York underground clubs of the 80s. The exhibition presents to the public covers of great artists, historical vinyl, original guitars and rare serigraphs of the faces of the three protagonists, designed by Andy Warhol and printed on T-shirts, all symbols of Pop Art.

Biografilm Festival 2023, the return of great cinema in Bologna

The great biographical films return to Bologna with the Biografilm Festival, the first international event entirely dedicated to life stories, from 9 to 19 June. Also this year the proposal consists of a program full of great film premieres, distinguished international guests and unmissable musical events. CondiMenti 2023: the festival of food and literature

From 16 to 18 June a festival dedicated to food and literature awaits you. A weekend full of meetings, cooking shows, book presentations, tastings, food and wine and typical products but also workshops and shows for all, between food and poetry in the frame of the sixteenth-century Villa Salina.
